Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Part‑time)

About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Silverdale branch. The role focuses on delivering excellent retail banking service across the product set, excluding home lending, and helping customers with transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience from greeting to identifying and fulfilling banking needs.
• Use ANZ frameworks to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate products or referrals.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and demonstrate easy ways to use them.
• Support branch teammates with workload and share best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank processes, products and services.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a proven ability to achieve high satisfaction.
• Experience or interest in consumer lending.
• Excellent relationship and networking skills.
• Understanding of compliance requirements.
• Basic computer literacy.
