Assistant Venue Manager – Bar Ziti & Flush Golf Club

About the role

Savor is seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant Venue Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of Bar Ziti and Flush Golf Club. This hands‑on leadership position will work closely with the Venue Manager to maintain high service standards and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing both restaurant and event‑style service across two venues.
• Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team during busy shifts, ensuring energy, standards and clear communication.
• Manage day‑to‑day venue performance, including stock control, waste reduction and labour budgeting.
• Coordinate group bookings, functions and activations, ensuring seamless event delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, events or high‑volume venue.
• Ability to maintain a calm, practical leadership style and solve problems quickly.
• Strong understanding of hospitality costs, labour controls and venue performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where food, beverage, service, events and entertainment intersect.
