Youth Coach - SWAT

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Youth Coach to join Kia Puāwai’s SWAT team in New Lynn, Auckland. The role focuses on making a positive difference in the lives of rangatahi (young people) within the community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions and activities for rangatahi.
- Support the personal and social development of young people.
- Collaborate with a values‑based team to design and implement youth programs.
- Contribute to a supportive whānau environment.
Required profile
- Commitment to positively impact rangatahi.
- Ability to work within a supportive, values‑driven team.
- Willingness to embrace a 4‑day work week structure.
