About the role
Kinetic is looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to lead and support collective bargaining across its New Zealand operations. You will work for an employer of choice and one of ANZ’s leading transport operators, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing HR function.
Key responsibilities
- Lead collective bargaining initiatives and support negotiations with employee representatives.
- Provide strategic advice to management on industrial relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and relevant awards.
- Develop and maintain positive workplace relations across all business units.
Required profile
- Proven experience in workplace or industrial relations, preferably within the transport sector.
- Strong understanding of collective bargaining processes and New Zealand employment law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
