Workforce Solutions Partner – Client & Employee Experience

About the role

EPG Group is seeking a Workforce Solutions Partner to join its New Zealand team. You will be the trusted day‑to‑day contact for both clients and employees, guiding them through onboarding, employment queries, performance conversations and workforce changes across multiple industries and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Build trusted relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage workforce enquiries and escalations with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with employees and clients to ensure positive outcomes and address issues early.
• Partner closely with payroll, HR, compliance and operations teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Coordinate employment changes such as leave, contract updates, salary reviews and other workforce events.
• Maintain accurate records across workforce systems, including Xemplo, and support continuous process improvements.
• Identify trends and provide practical insights that enhance the client and employee experience.

Required profile

• Experience in workforce operations, HR, recruitment, staffing, customer success or a similar client‑facing role, or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and employees.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve sensitive situations with professionalism and good judgement.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Xemplo (HRIS platform) – experience preferred but not essential.
