Winemaker

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking a skilled Winemaker to own the end‑to‑end winemaking process for a nominated brand. You will work across vineyard and winery environments, applying strong technical knowledge while collaborating with viticulture and senior winemaking teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full production lifecycle – fermentation, additions, blending, analysis, storage and final sign‑off.
• Ensure every wine meets brand style, legal requirements and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in the Wine Management Systems and keep compliance obligations on track.
• Act as the primary brand contact, communicating style, story and technical details.
• Visit vineyards regularly, contribute to new wine development, trials and blend decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S standards, Tier meetings and regional wine education.
• Support annual audits including WSMP, ISO and BioGro.
