Warehouse Team Member

About the role

As a Warehouse Team Member you will support the delivery of exceptional customer service by handling order fulfilment, record keeping and dispatch activities. You will work within a fast‑paced retail environment, ensuring compliance with policies and contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Manage records and invoices accurately.
• Process order fulfilment for delivery and click‑and‑collect, including picking, packing and dispatch.
• Handle order enquiries and, where required, perform same‑day deliveries.
• Support the warehouse team in meeting performance KPIs by using operational reports to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and operational skills through available training platforms.
• Assist with recycling initiatives and sustainability practices.
