Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead the PM shift at our purpose‑built distribution centre in Wiri, Auckland. The role is central to ensuring safe, efficient handling of fast‑moving consumer goods and meeting our customers’ delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by conducting daily inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse operators, ensuring appropriate staffing for the 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm shift.
• Monitor and report on service KPIs, identify gaps, and drive cost‑effective improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, customer, and facility requirements.
• Support monthly financial reporting and track performance against budgets.
• Review pick routes and dispatch schedules to optimise efficiency.
• Promote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement and the company’s CARES values.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse environments.
• Experience in FMCG or multi‑temperature zone operations is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate diverse teams and manage strong personalities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
• Commitment to safety, customer service and achieving KPIs.
