Warehouse Storeperson Inwards - Afternoon Shift - 2:00pm to 10:30pm

About the role

Vitaco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to handle inbound goods on the afternoon shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm). The role is hands‑on in a fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution environment where accuracy, urgency and safety are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory movements.
• Perform replenishment, put‑away, cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks.
• Operate Reach trucks, Counterbalance forklifts and Stock Picker hoists.
• Manually handle and lift products up to 25 kg.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe warehouse practices.
• Meet daily KPIs and operational deadlines.

Required profile

• Current NZ licences for Reach truck, Counterbalance forklift and Stock Picker.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a busy distribution centre or manufacturing warehouse.
• Daily use of RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy and dispatch operations.
• Good numerical and computer skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable attendance and strong time‑management.
• Safety‑focused mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
