About the role
This multifunctional position combines warehouse operations, administration, and customer service. You will support internal sales, manage store‑room activities, and ensure smooth branch administration.
Key responsibilities
- Perform store‑person duties including receiving, stocking, and dispatching goods.
- Provide front‑line customer service, handling enquiries and processing orders.
- Support branch administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist internal sales team with order preparation and documentation.
- Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
Required profile
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks across warehouse, admin, and customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing New Zealand business.
