Warehouse Person – Tauranga

About the role

This is a hands‑on labour and logistics position ideal for curious, mechanically‑minded individuals. You will gain experience working in a workshop environment while supporting a range of New Zealand industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a customer‑focused service for all activities across each business unit.
• Ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with OSH requirements and company policy.
• Support the Motion Fluid Solutions workshop as needed.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and clean.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to lift objects of at least 20 kg.
• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Mechanical aptitude (desirable).
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and develop smart handling methods.
• Team‑player attitude.
