Warehouse Person (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Person to join our team on a part-time basis, working Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm. The role involves handling gas cylinders and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Safe handling, movement, dispatch and receipting of gas cylinders and associated gear.
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for delivery or collection.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and a tidy, safe work environment.
• Assisting customers with enquiries, phone orders and over-the-counter sales.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service attitude and professional demeanor.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Commitment to workplace safety and correct manual-handling practices.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for order processing and stock control.
• Current OSH Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (OSH licence preferred).
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
