About the role
As a Warehouse Operative at STIHL you will be responsible for picking, dispatching and managing stock in a fast‑paced team environment. The role supports daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory control while working with a leading global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Prepare and dispatch goods for delivery, ensuring correct documentation.
- Maintain stock accuracy by updating inventory records and performing regular counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production and shipping targets.
Required profile
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving team setting.
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving goods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
