About the role

Join Datacom’s Onsite Solutions team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator in Auckland. This entry‑level position supports frontline services by managing the flow of goods through receiving, sorting, scanning and dispatching within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, scan, sort and place incoming goods on shelves.
• Coordinate and track loading and unloading of containers or vehicles.
• Monitor computer systems for stock quantity and location.
• Organise day‑to‑day workflow and ensure physical security of the operating environment.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and promote a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals and maintain a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Some experience or knowledge of warehousing, distribution or logistics.
• Ability to work independently with strong time‑management skills.
• Physically fit for lifting and manual handling in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling technical equipment and stock.
• Previous experience in fast‑paced settings such as retail or hospitality is valued.
• Interest in technology or familiarity with computer hardware.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.
• Valid forklift licence (required).
