Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Whangaparaoa. The role blends hands‑on warehouse duties with direct customer interaction, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for outbound shipments according to order specifications.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing order status and resolving issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy for stock handling.
• Good communication skills for customer contact.
