Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join our Penrose team. This full‑time position focuses on order fulfilment, returns processing, kit preparation and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive and process inbound stock and deliveries.
• Manage returns (RMA) and related warehouse activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues with incorrectly shipped goods.
• Assist with kit preparation and basic device provisioning.
• Complete sortation and dispatch activities.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely, following company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support effective stock control.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience in a pick/pack or similar role.
• Strong reliability, positive employment references and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to undertake physical work, including lifting, while adhering to health and safety standards.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and literacy.
• Punctual, energetic and proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.
