Waiter/Waitress – Premier Chinese Restaurant

About the role

Join a busy Chinese restaurant and cocktail bar as a front‑of‑house server. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering fast, friendly and professional service while showcasing menu knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and make recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards.
• Upsell drinks and specials with discretion.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest expectations.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience in high‑volume, table‑service environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in premium or high‑end establishments is preferred.

Required skills

• Wine knowledge and basic beverage service.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
