Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and escort VIP guests with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Manage front‑of‑house operations during corporate events, functions and fine‑dining services.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and uphold brand standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house or hospitality experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Experience in fine dining, silver service or corporate hospitality is an advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
