Vehicle Groomer

About the role
Join the Service Department at Hawkes Bay Toyota Napier as a Vehicle Groomer. You will ensure every customer vehicle leaving the workshop is spotless, tidy, and ready for collection while contributing to a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service work.
- Maintain high presentation standards for all vehicles exiting the workshop.
- Transport customers to and from the dealership as required.
- Assist with vehicle pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
- Support the wider Service team with general duties when needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Physical fitness and pride in workmanship.
- Motivation to get the job done.
Required skills
- Full NZ driver’s licence with manual transmission capability.
