UAV Services Specialist – Repairs, Diagnostics & Support

About the role

The UAV Services Specialist is responsible for restoring grounded drones to operational condition across agricultural, enterprise and consumer markets. You will work on cutting‑edge drone technology, providing expert repairs and diagnostics to keep our customers’ aerial assets flying safely.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on a variety of UAV platforms.
• Perform repairs, component replacements, and calibrations to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Document service actions and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay field findings and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support to customers, answering queries and guiding them through basic maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electronics or related technical fields.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
