Tūturu National Delivery Lead

About the role

The New Zealand Drug Foundation is seeking a National Delivery Lead for its Tūturu programme. In this on‑site role you will guide the delivery of wellbeing support to secondary schools across the country, helping them respond effectively to student mental health and wellbeing challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the Tūturu programme in secondary schools nationwide.
• Work closely with school leaders, teachers and health professionals to identify wellbeing needs and tailor support.
• Monitor programme progress, collect data and report on outcomes to senior management.
• Provide training and resources to school staff to build capacity in student wellbeing.
• Represent the foundation at regional meetings and stakeholder events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in programme delivery or project coordination within education or community health settings.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within New Zealand and work on‑site in Auckland.
• Commitment to the foundation’s mission of improving health and wellbeing.
