About the role

Abercrombie & Kent, a well‑established luxury travel company with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a Travel Specialist to join its New Zealand reservations team. You will create bespoke travel experiences and guide clients through unforgettable journeys while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and book customized luxury travel itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Manage reservations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure seamless travel execution.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on post‑travel feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in luxury travel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.
