Key responsibilities

• Create customised itineraries that include flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and other travel products.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations, ensuring each client feels valued and well‑informed.
• Manage bookings, generate invoices and operate the company’s booking systems efficiently.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless, memorable experience for every traveller.
