Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary transport projects through complexity, ensuring clarity and sound decision‑making.
• Provide trusted technical advice on transport engineering, safety, development and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate across project teams, development units and safety specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience in transport or civil engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of transport infrastructure, project delivery and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
