Transformation Intern – Employee Experience

About the role

We are seeking two Transformation Interns to support Foodstuffs North Island’s enterprise Employee Experience transformation programme. The role involves working closely with internal teams, stores and EY to help drive change readiness, programme coordination and adoption across a large, complex initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Support change readiness activities ahead of programme milestones.
• Prepare materials and insights for the Change Manager and broader programme team.
• Translate programme content into clear, user‑friendly language for store and supply teams.
• Partner with communications teams to facilitate effective change and adoption.
• Assist with workshops, including preparation, facilitation support, and capturing feedback.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and confident communicator able to simplify complex information.
• Strong interest in change, transformation or employee experience; curious and problem‑solving mindset.
• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Business Communication, Commerce, Human Resources, Project Management or a related field.
