Trading Manager – Stationery & Technology

About the role

The SWAS Trading Manager leads the Stationery shop floor, the print and copy centre, and the Entertainment & Technology area within a Warehouse store. You will ensure the store meets merchandising standards, trading plans, and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain blue‑print and merchandising standards across assigned areas.
• Implement and monitor planograms, pricing integrity, and product availability.
• Lead and develop the teams responsible for stationery, print, entertainment and technology sections.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and assume full store responsibility when required.
• Drive sales performance in line with trading plans.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and execute plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and a profitable store.
