Trade Support Person

About the role

We are seeking a Trade Support Person to provide administrative and customer‑centric assistance within our nationwide construction business. Based in Auckland CBD, you will work on‑site full‑time, helping trade teams keep projects running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade staff with daily paperwork, order processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and update internal systems.
• Provide frontline support to customers and resolve routine queries.
• Support the team in preparing reports and scheduling.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends free, maintaining work‑life balance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
