Trade Logistics Manager (Wanaka)

About the role

Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka is seeking a Trade Logistics Manager to lead transport, warehousing and inventory operations for its busy trade environment. The role uses Pacsoft, Dtrack and Microsoft 365 to ensure seamless logistics and dispatch processes in a high‑volume retail setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate trade logistics, including transport, warehousing and inventory management.
• Manage complex dispatch processes using Pacsoft, Dtrack and Microsoft 365.
• Assist trade customers, ensuring they receive the right product and exceptional service.
• Maintain smooth operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels and warehouse workflows.

Required profile

• Passion for customer‑service excellence.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Flexible mindset, able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure.
• At least five years of experience in a similar trade logistics or dispatch role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Pacsoft.
• Proficiency with Dtrack.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
