Trade Drive‑Thru Customer Service (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join the Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka Trade Team as a Drive‑Thru Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for trade and DIY customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience at our dedicated trade drive‑thru.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade and DIY customers with product queries, orders and service requests.
• Maintain the drive‑thru area stocked, merchandised and tidy.
• Handle cash and numeracy tasks accurately.
• Problem‑solve under pressure while upholding high customer‑service standards.
• Support the trade department with occasional lifting and stock movement.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Physically fit with no lifting restrictions.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident or open work visa).
• Willingness to work a minimum Sunday and Monday shift, with optional Saturday/Friday availability.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (license desirable but not mandatory).
