About the role

Our client, a well‑respected Toyota franchise, is looking for a qualified Toyota Master Technician to join their state‑of‑the‑art dealership workshop in Auckland. You will work with the latest diagnostic technology, solve complex vehicle issues, and act as the go‑to expert in the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for workmanship and safety.
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices and junior technicians.
• Interact with customers at reception when required, delivering clear explanations of service work.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably within a franchise environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Clean, current driving licence.
• Strong desire for continuous improvement and professional development.

Required skills

• Diagnostic technology proficiency.
• Toyota Master Technician certification.
