Test Station Operator – LPG Cylinder Testing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Test Station Operator to test and re‑certify LPG cylinders at our Christchurch plant. You will ensure each cylinder meets safety and compliance standards before it leaves the site, working closely with the plant team in a fast‑paced, practical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate test stations to inspect, test and re‑certify LPG cylinders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including tools and equipment.
• Perform safety and compliance checks, reporting any issues immediately.
• Assist other plant areas as needed to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure only safe, compliant cylinders are released for service.

Required profile

• Reliably safety‑focused with a strong work ethic.
• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Positive team player with good attention to detail.
• Physically fit for a practical work environment.
• Able to think quickly and solve problems on the spot.

Required skills

• LPG cylinder testing and re‑certification.
• Conducting safety and compliance inspections.
