Territory Sales Manager (Relief)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager Relief will be the primary point of contact for CCEP’s “Away from Home” customers in Auckland. You will spend most of your day on the road, visiting stores, building relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and product ranging across assigned stores.
• Ensure stores are well executed and merchandising standards are met.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Track performance against targets and report insights to the wider team.

• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously while supporting the team.
• Passion for building strong customer relationships.
