Territory Sales Manager

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in the high‑performing “At Home” team, you will be the face of CCEP across the Invercargill region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive sales volume, expand product range, and partner with retailers to grow both their business and CCEP’s.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and product ranging within assigned territory.
• Ensure stores are well executed and meet merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
• Travel across the region, spending full days on the road as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic selling approaches.

• High energy, motivation and a strong drive to succeed.
• Self‑starter attitude with excellent planning and efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Proven work experience in any sector demonstrating long‑term commitment.
