Territory Sales Manager – Coromandel coverage

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in the “Away from Home” team based in Hamilton, you will be the face of CCEP across the Coromandel region, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and delivering outstanding service. This fixed‑term role runs until June 2027 and involves daily travel to locations such as Whangamata, Waihi and Paeroa.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on a regular call cycle, driving profitable growth in each store.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Build strong, win‑win relationships with customers and execute brand and channel plans.
• Monitor performance against targets and report insights.

Required profile

• High energy, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to plan efficiently and manage a busy schedule.

Required skills

• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer service expertise.
• FMCG knowledge (preferred but not essential).
