Territory Sales Manager – Auckland

About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager in the Away from Home team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail customers across Auckland, delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for Coca‑Cola European Pacific NZ.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers on a regular call cycle and build strong relationships.
• Increase sales volume and product range within each store.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new accounts.
• Ensure stores are well executed according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with customers to develop joint growth plans.
• Report sales performance and market insights to the regional team.

Required profile

• High energy, motivated and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently on the road and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• Experience in FMCG sales is a plus.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
