Territory Manager – Initial Hygiene (Hamilton)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Hamilton, delivering hygiene solutions for a market‑leading global organisation. The role involves building relationships, driving sales and expanding our customer base across the designated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain successful business relationships.
• Provide customers with information on new products, services, compliance and market developments.
• Identify opportunities to deliver solution‑based services.
• Conduct cold‑calling within the designated territory.
• Analyse customer contracts to uncover sales opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the portfolio.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities across our categories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B and direct sales.
• Previous account‑management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build a call cycle.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Track record of achieving sales budgets.
• Business acumen with influencing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and on the road.
