Territory Manager – 4‑Day Week in Queenstown

About the role

Vinarchy is looking for a self‑motivated Territory Manager to join its New Zealand sales team. Based in Queenstown, this part‑time, four‑day‑a‑week position gives you full ownership of a geographically diverse territory, focusing on grocery and off‑premise retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver volume, value and distribution targets across the Queenstown region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.
• Execute in‑store activations, promotions and shelf‑optimisation initiatives.
• Identify and convert new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage territory planning, travel schedules and customer cadence.
• Support new product launches and increase brand visibility.
• Analyse sales data and insights to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives in a field‑based, autonomous environment.
• Proven experience in territory or field sales, preferably FMCG.
• Experience working with grocery or retail channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and results‑focused mindset.
• Ability to influence customers and drive in‑store execution.
• Comfort managing a large, geographically dispersed territory.
