Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our busy finance team on a temporary basis for an initial two‑month assignment. The role is hands‑on, supporting day‑to‑day financial operations and offering immediate impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, execute payment runs and perform reconciliations.
• Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist with month‑end reporting and general finance administration.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage invoices, reconciliations and payments.
• Capability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and proactive communication style.
