Technology Associate – Relocation to Dubai

About the role

Join Emirates Group IT as a Technology Associate and embark on a fast‑paced, one‑year development programme. You will gain hands‑on experience across AI, cloud, cybersecurity and software engineering while supporting the design, development and maintenance of technology solutions that power Emirates’ global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks to develop scalable, sustainable solutions using established engineering principles.
• Analyse business and system requirements and contribute to technical design.
• Develop, configure, test and implement technology solutions in a collaborative team environment.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support unit testing, validation and quality‑assurance activities under senior guidance.
• Maintain Technology Playbooks, standards documentation and other governance artefacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• CGPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of exposure to current technologies through coursework or internships.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of QA concepts such as unit testing, functional testing and test automation.
• Exposure to application development, cloud, enterprise platforms, integration, data, digital or security technologies.
