Technical Services Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Representative to be the expert for our customers, handling complex glass enquiries from initial contact through to final delivery. You will work in a dynamic, hands‑on onsite environment, collaborating closely with sales, quality and operations to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and providing clear technical support.
• Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and proactive communication on status and delivery.
• Provide product advice and troubleshooting support, helping customers select and use glass products effectively.
• Coordinate with sales, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of customer issues, investigating and driving solutions through to completion.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, follow‑ups and ongoing support.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service or technical support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot glass product‑related issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage customers at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries under pressure.

• Experience using SAP.
