Tech Lead - Azure Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Azure integration expert to lead and mentor a team of integration developers. In this pivotal position you will design, build, and deliver scalable integration solutions within the Azure ecosystem, ensuring they meet evolving client business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration developers.
• Design and architect robust, scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Event Grid.
• Oversee development and implementation, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and manage APIs with Azure API Management, ensuring security and discoverability.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex integration issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments, promoting automation.
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Azure integration solutions.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a development team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services and API Management.
