About the role

Join Nando’s vibrant restaurant in Riccarton as a Team Member. You’ll be part of a friendly crew that serves delicious PERi‑PERi chicken while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm smile and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and cook menu items to Nando’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dining area and kitchen.
• Handle cash and card transactions using the restaurant POS system.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about hospitality.
• Team‑player who embraces Nando’s values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family.
• Legally entitled to work in Australia or New Zealand and aged 16 or older.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the brand.

Required skills

• Basic food safety awareness.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Customer service orientation.
