Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of care assistants during scheduled hours (9 am‑3 pm).
- Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide direct support to clients as needed, maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor team performance and report any issues to management.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Reliability and ability to work the specified part‑time hours.
