About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader (2IC) to head our electrical team in Queenstown. Reporting to senior management, you will mentor staff, foster a strong safety and service culture, and ensure high-quality electrical solutions for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of the electrical crew on site.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain and promote high service standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist the primary manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an electrical trade or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
