About the role

SchoolHouse is seeking qualified secondary teachers and educational leaders from New Zealand to join schools across Queensland, Australia, starting in 2026 or 2027. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work in both metropolitan and regional settings while receiving dedicated relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess the secondary curriculum in accordance with Queensland education standards.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for diverse student groups.
• Collaborate with school staff and local communities to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand teaching qualification and registration.
• Experience teaching secondary students, preferably with leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Queensland and adapt to new school contexts.
• Commitment to high professional standards and continuous learning.
