About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to children aged 3‑16 in China. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and includes comprehensive training, a ready‑made curriculum, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy English lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
• Collaborate with in‑class coaches and mentors to continuously improve teaching practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools.
