Teach English in China – Graduate Teaching Program

About the role

English 1 is looking for recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its Graduate Teaching Program in China. You will deliver engaging English lessons to young learners aged 3‑16, gaining international experience while earning a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Design and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
