Teach English in China – Graduate Program (Full‑Time)

About the role

English 1 is looking for recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its graduate teaching program in China. You will work full‑time in a classroom environment, delivering English lessons to young learners while gaining international experience and transferable skills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and teenagers aged 3–16 using an award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Design and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons that build confidence in students’ language abilities.
• Provide constructive feedback and support student progress.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Ability to use digital teaching platforms and classroom technology.
• Strong communication skills in English.
