Teach English in China – Graduate Program (Entry Level)

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to teach English to young learners in China. This full-time, entry-level position offers a structured graduate-program experience with training, visa sponsorship and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy English lessons to students aged 3–16 using the company’s curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and support students in building confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
