About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners (ages 3‑16) in schools across China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education and includes comprehensive training, ready‑made lesson plans, and ongoing mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital classroom tools.
• Engage students with interactive, high‑energy lessons that build confidence and language skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Strong communication in English.
• Ability to deliver dynamic, student‑centered lessons.
• Comfort with using digital teaching tools.
